Jiangsu LeCheng Tech R&D Co., Ltd. is a dedicated R&D and testing platform wholly owned (100%) by Jiangsu One-Up. Guided by the core philosophy of "inscribe the maker's name to assay their good faith," it is committed to providing customers with precise, trustworthy R&D data and CNAS analytical testing services for polymer materials.

A dedicated polymer-materials laboratory built to IEC 17025 management requirements is now in preparation; its testing capability centers on assessing the combustion behavior of materials, threaded through routine performance testing, progressively building a systematic evaluation capability that spans thermal, mechanical, electrical and flame-retardant dimensions.

Drawing on the group's global chemical-additive supply chain to integrate advanced international raw-material resources, and partnering with Beijing University of Chemical Technology on industry-academia collaboration, it builds a dual-engine R&D system of collaborative innovation; focused on new materials led by functional masterbatches, it advances full-chain R&D systematically — from molecular-structure design to engineering scale-up — driving the large-scale application and market promotion of high-value-added materials in automotive, electronics, new energy and other fields.

Beyond serving the group's own products — LeCheng is also an open R&D platform, engaging in technical collaboration and joint development with upstream and downstream players in functional additives, functional masterbatches and functional materials, as well as universities and research institutes, to deliver complete solutions.
